Hi there Nici,
ReplyDeleteJade F here from the Summer Learning Journey team! Awesome job on completing another set of activities. Well done on translating those phrases in your first activity; now you should try and practice saying some of those phrases to your family or friends!
With your second activity, I really liked reading through your Waitangi activities, I would be keen to see the Treaty house and see the replica of the Treaty of Waitangi. That would be amazing to see such a historical document in real life! That's awesome that you would be keen to take the tour about the Waitangi river, do you like going on nature walks?
In your bonus activity, I thought your questions for boxer Bill Kini were great. I really liked your second question about what would his greatest achievement be.
Well done Nici, keep up the good work!
Jade F :)
Kia Ora Nici,
ReplyDeleteGeorgia here from the Kaikohekohe cluster. I'm really enjoying reading your blog posts, keep up the great work.
Awesome translations in activity one. It would be great to learn how to pronounce them and practice with your friends and family!
I also really like your list of the different activities you can do to learn more about the Treaty of Waitangi. I think I would also really enjoy the tour along the Waitangi river. Have you ever done anything like that before?
Great work on the bonus activity too! Those are some awesome questions to ask Bill Kini.
I look forward to seeing more of your posts.
