Punctuation Video: 
So I had to watch a video before we went into it and started out work and the video Miss Birtch assigned to us is how to use quotation marks, it taught us that when a person is speaking you use them when you are listing things you use them (Example: Tommy liked many songs like "Thriller," "Shallow," and   "Happier"). 

Punctuation Worksheets:
After we had watched the video we had to do a couple of work sheets. In my worksheets I had to Re-write each sentence that was given to me and add commas, then in the second worksheet I had to decided if the quotation marks were put correctly if not I had to re write them.

Punctuation Kahoot:
After I did the worksheets I had to do a Kahoot for it, In the Kahoot it was a whole bunch of questions about what we have already learnt, there were 14 questions and I got 8 right, some of the questions included asking us which option was written correctly, and more.

The cay re written in my own words

World war ll had just begun, I woke up this morning and my mum had told me “not to go outside as there is bombs and torpedos going everywhere and you might get hit by one” her, but she stood with her word and told me “You Have to stay here and listen to what i say” She said “Fine” I replied back, Little did she know I was going to sneak out,(fast forward) My mum has now decided that we have to go back to virginia and my dad will come back when he finishes his job, I don’t like the idea but we still have to go, We are now on the boat which is called the hato boat, while we were sleeping we heard a big bang and the boat started braking so we had to get off the boat really fast, (Fast Foward to the cay) We have been on the cay for about 3 months all ready and we have discovered that I am blind because of the sun so now I have to Get timmothy to explain everything we see, and teach me everything that I need to know,Timmothy has now died

Protons have a positive and electrons have a negative

It wanted to be balanced so the positives and the negatives make it even  

3. When you rub an two insulators you can get a static shock so what is an insulator and a conductor?
A insulator doesn't pass on Electricity and a conductor does

4. What is an example of static electricity?
rubbing you shoes on the carpet can get your body to collect extra Electrons so your hair frizzes up

Hurmanu 1

 Hey everyone welcome back today I had to write a diary entry as the three main people from the cay so I hope you enjoy have a wonderful day good-bye

(I will be doing it from the day the boat broke)

Mum 
So the boat that we were on broke today and I'm not with my son so I don't know if he is okay who hes with or where he is, I feel like this is all my fault because I'm the one who made him leave and now our boat has broken. I even told him that we will be fine and that that we will be able to keep moving and now we have been split up I'm really worried about him and I just want to know if he is okay and where he is. 

Timothy 
So I am stuck with young bass and he is asking so many questions he keeps asking for a long drink of water but we need to make sure that we still have a lot because we don't know how long we will be out here for. He keeps asking where his mum is and what my name is I've told him that I don't know where is mum is and I haven't told him my name yet. 

Phillip 
So the boat broke, and now I'm stuck on this raft with this old man who hasn't told me his name and a cat who's name is stew. The guy i'm with calls me young bass and i find it really weird but i still answer to it. I keep asking him where my mum is because i'm really worried about her, even though she told me that it will all be okay and that the boat will keep going but instead we had to evacuate it.

The Cay What I remember

 Hey everyone welcome back today i'm going to tell you what i can remember from the first 5 chapters in the book the cay. I hope you enjoy have a wonderful day, Good-bye  

(I will most likely remember more when i re-listen to the story) 

In chapter one 
I remember that the Germans come and try to take over. the parents start fighting because the mum wants to leave, them having to hide 

In chapter two 

I remember them on the boat trying to leave. every one having to evacuate the boat, the kid on the raft with the other cat and the guy (I forgot their names)

in chapter three
them trying to survive on the raft, them getting to know each other, them talking about what happened with the boat

in chapter four 
The kid going blind because he looked at the sun for a long time, him getting the older guy to describe what is going on so that he can try picture it 

in chapter five 
Them trying to get a planes attention, them also trying to get a boats attention

The Langosta

Why the Langosta would be good on the cay
1. They live in sand (Wet or dry)
2. they are a native lobster (With out claws)

How might all aspects of the Langosta be used to survive ?

1. They are clear so they can't be seen by many people 
2. They are also red 
3. They eat soft body plankton

The Cay

Living on the cay would be really difficult because if you have a big wind storm you would get a lot of sand in your face and maybe in your mouth and eyes. Another reason why it could be bad living there is because if there is a high water level and because it is a low elevation you would get a lot of the water and you would be a flood and you would most likely have to evacuate. But it could also be a good idea because you have a good view out into the ocean ect.

 Hey everyone welcome back today we are doing another do now.For this do now we had to Listen to a song and then write a paragraph and a simile about someones voice, I hope you enjoy good-bye 

I feel calm and relaxed. when I Hear this song I feel like i see Hula dancers doing a performance In Hawaii , I also feel like I am around the beach with people playing relaxing music for us all to relax to and so that we can have fun. I would be able to see people running around and people swimming. I Also think I would feel relaxed so that I can fall asleep. 

Her voice was so relaxing when you heard it you could listen to it for days
