Here is my paragraph

Some important points in the story would be that it wants to tell us to think more about what makes us anxious and then find out how we can stop feeling this way, It also tells us that instead of worrying we could talk to someone who has thought about all the things that make them anxious and worked out how to stop it, so instead of worrying talk to someone.
