  1. Kia ora Nici,

I like your haiku. You’re absolutely right, sometimes things can get you down but when you think of fun things, it’s far easier to stay positive and happy. Just remember, if you ever need anything, your teachers and trusted adults can always help!

I too really am not a fan of spiders. I mean they definitely help with the ecosystem but they scare me a bit. I think it’s how they have so many legs which means they can run so fast!

If your screencastify isn’t working, maybe you could incorporate some text graphics like those shown in this link.

    Happy blogging!

    Ka kite anō,
    Shannon (SLJ)

    1. Hey Shannon

I Know that teachers or Caregivers or even some of my friends can help if I ever need anything.

    2. Kia ora Nici,

Your dad sounds very brave. I think he's right, they're misunderstood. I'm just a little nervous because I grew up in Australia where it's super important not to go near spiders because they bite. New Zealand doesn't have those sorts of spiders though, ours are more friendly!

Have you lived in New Zealand your whole life?

      Bye for now,
      Shannon (SLJ)

    3. Hi Shannon

I think they are misunderstood but I'm also a little nervous around them. That's what I like about them they aren't anything like the ones over in Australia.

I have lived In New Zealand My hole life and its really a fun place to be.

      Have A good Night
      Good-Bye
