When high school student want to start voting they would have to learn about politics so they know what is what. A reason for this would be that when you turn 18 and are able to vote you need to know what you doing other wise you wouldn't know what to do. For example you just turned 18 and wanted to vote but didn't know what to do because your high school didn't teach you about it. Therefore this is why I think learning about politics are important for high school students to learn.
