What I envy them for is...They are really good at maths 

After a good think to yourself: What is the really appealing thing here? (Not the obvious thing but what might be lying behind it).Because I want to be good at maths like them 

How can I get more of this in my life? Practising a lot 



What is envy?
Envy is when you are jealous of someone but you then soon realise that you can get their your self but you also realise that  its not because their good at something its just that your not there yet and they are \

What is envy telling you?
It is telling you that you can get their but your not there at that point and time

    Thanks for your post, Nici. It's good that you realize that practicing maths is a way to improve. It certainly will help and you are working at this goal. The idea about envy is to try think about it what is underneath it once you recognize you feel that way. That might take some time and you might also decide that the solution may be more achievable than you think.
